1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing morehits4u.com or installing the Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the website and/or uninstall the Extension.

4. Account Registration

• One account per person
• Accurate information required
• Minimum age: 18 years. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited:

• Automated tools, bots, or scripts to earn credits (except platform-provided features like Coop Bar)
• Manipulation of the credit or points system
• Creating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent advertising (illegal content, malware, misleading sites)
• Reverse-engineering the Extension, API, or platform
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using VPNs/proxies to manipulate traffic quality

6. Chrome Extension

The Chrome Extension is an optional companion tool available in the Chrome Web Store. By installing it:

• You agree to the data collection described in our Privacy Policy
• You acknowledge the extension requests certain browser permissions (detailed in Privacy Policy)
• You may opt out of analytics via the Privacy toggle
• You may uninstall the Extension at any time
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Extension features at any time
• Push notifications can be disabled in Chrome settings (chrome://settings/content/notifications)
• The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty

7. Payments & Virtual Currency

Credits & Orbit Points

Credits and Orbit Points are virtual items with no monetary value outside the platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash (except where explicitly offered as withdrawal features on the platform).

Paid Memberships

• Payments processed via NOWPayments, FaucetPay, or other integrated payment providers
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible by nature of blockchain technology
• Membership fees are non-refundable after activation, except as required by applicable law

P2P Credit Marketplace

The P2P Credit Marketplace operates peer-to-peer. We act only as a platform, not as a party to individual transactions. Specific rules apply (see platform help section).

8. Advertising & Content

• We do not review all advertised content in advance
• We reserve the right to remove any site from rotation without notice
• You are solely responsible for the content of sites you advertise
• Prohibited content: illegal sites, malware, adult content, gambling, misleading claims, phishing
• We are not liable for third-party content shown in the surfbar

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform, Extension, branding, and content are retained by the operator. "More Hits 4U", associated logos, and trademarks are protected. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity exceeding 24 months

Upon termination:

• Credits and Orbit Points are forfeited
• Pending withdrawals are reviewed case by case
• Account data is deleted per Privacy Policy

You may delete your account at any time: Email support@morehits4u.com with subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific traffic results or conversion rates
• Availability of specific features
• That the platform will meet your expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss
• We are not liable for third-party content in the surfbar or linked from the platform
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria (Österreichisches Recht), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leoben, AUSTRIA].

EU consumers: You may always rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes:

• Notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance
• Notification via email and/or Extension notification
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

For non-material changes, we may update without notice.
